We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, or defective merchandise in new resellable condition with all labels still attached for return or exchange within 30 days from the arrival date.  A fee of $10 will be charged for shipping and handling.


STEP 1. Click on the "INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE NOW" button. Enter your Order number.

STEP 2. Enter your ZIP Code click the "START A RETURN" button.

STEP 3. Add the items you want to add to the Return or Exchange by clicking on the Product. Eligible items will show as white. Ineligible items will be greyed out.

STEP 4. Choose Exchange or Refund. Choose a reason for the Return or Exchange. Follow each of the next steps when prompted to complete the process.

Make sure to only use our pre-paid return labels so we can track your order. Separate orders should be returned separately with the coordinating return label. We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own


Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment les shipping and handling charge.
