U.S. Shipping Options

We offer Free Ground Shipping on all U.S. orders.

Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on location and service availability.

Order Processing:

  • Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders placed by 1 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will ship the same day, provided the product is in stock and located in the U.S.

  • If the product is not in the U.S., we will notify you via email.

  • Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays (New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates:

  • Ground Shipping (Free): 5–7 business days after processing

  • 2nd Day Air: Delivered in 2 business days (orders must be placed by 1 PM EST)

  • Next Day Air: Delivered in 1 business day (orders must be placed by 1 PM EST)
    Please note: Express options exclude Saturday/Sunday deliveries.


International Shipping (Including Canada)

We proudly ship worldwide, including Canada, using DHL or FedEx for all international orders.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx, based on location and availability

  • Tracking is provided upon shipment

  • Delivery times vary by country but are typically expedited

Duties & Taxes

  • All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in your total at checkout

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and determined by local customs authorities

  • We are required by law to declare the full value of all international shipments and cannot alter declared values

Order Refusals

If an international shipment is refused for any reason, including failure to accept duties/taxes, the customer is responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping charges

  • Any customs duties and taxes incurred
    These costs will be deducted from your refund.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note delivery times may vary for military addresses.


Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details and an estimated delivery window.

Orders are shipped from our Florida or New York locations. In rare cases, if an item needs to be sourced from Germany, we will contact you directly.
